Biographical Information:
Born in 1965, I grew up in the small town of Valley City, North Dakota and struck out as soon
as I could.  I moved to Aberdeen South Dakota in 1984 to go to nursing school and to Sand
Point, Alaska in 1986 to work in a cannery.  In 1987 I arrived in the Seattle area.  I sampled
many neighborhoods in the Greater Seattle area prior to landing in Edmonds in 2003.
I am a student of humanity by trade, an artist for personal fulfillment.  I received my Bachelor’s
in Humanities and Social Science from the University of Washington in March of 2007.  Any
knowledge of art I may have comes from books, playing, a high school art class and two
fantastic quarters at Seattle Central Community College.
